Duties and responsibilities related to the Goods Receiver
To ensure that all items ordered are of high quality and meet the hotel's luxury standards.
To prioritize multiple tasks in a fast pace environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
Ensure that stock is stored correctly and monitor its quality
To inspect deliveries to ensure that all items are as ordered (correct quantity, quality, and condition).
To keep detailed records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and payment schedules.
To ensure all purchasing activities comply with hotel policies and legal regulations.
