4pm OR 8am to finish Duties Include Making changes to traffic sheets where appropriate Ensure fleet in running as profitably as possible. Reporting directly to Operations Manager Liasing with drivers and customers where appropriate Making procedural changes where appropriate. Adhering to industry legislation (ATD etc.) Skills Required A significant amount of Container haulage experience A proven track record in managing and improving a team of operators Good team player Excellent Management skills Effective communicator
