Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional administrative support. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining effective communication within the team and with clients.
Duties
* Manage incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary.
* Maintain accurate data entry records and update client information in our systems.
* Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organising paperwork efficiently.
* Process orders from trade customers
* Print and send invoices to customers
* Answer trade enquiries
* Resolve customer complaints
* Answer product questions from members of the public.
* Contact trade customers regarding stock levels and orders
* Provide the field sales team with information and administrative support
* Job is fully office based, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 3.00pm
* You will be required to work to 5.00pm when needed to cover other team members holiday
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles.
* Proficiency in computer skills with experince with Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
