We are looking for an experienced HR People Partner to join a fast‑paced,mercially driven organisation with an international footprint. This is a strategic role, partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver people initiatives that drive performance, growth and organisational effectiveness across multiple regions.This role would suit a progressive HR professional with strong international experience, a solid grounding in reward and a proven track record of leadingplex HR projects in dynamic environments.
The RoleAs HR People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, balancing strategic input with operational delivery. You will play a key role in shaping people strategy, ensuring HR solutions aremercially aligned and scalable across geographies.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Partnering with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned tomercial and organisational goals
2. Supporting international leadership teams across multiple countries, navigating cultural and legislativeplexity
3. Leading and delivering reward initiatives, including pay reviews, benchmarking, incentive schemes and job architecture
4. Driving key people and organisational projects such as operating model changes or transformation programmes
5. Providing insight and challenge through data‑led decision‑making and workforce analytics
6. Coaching leaders on employee relations, performance, talent and engagement matters
7. Ensuring consistent application of people policies and practices while allowing for local nuance
8. Contributing to broader HR and People team initiatives and continuous improvement projects
About YouYou will be a confident,mercial HR professional who enjoys working at pace and influencing at senior level.
You will bring:
9. Proven experience in a HR Business Partner / People Partner role within an international or multi‑country environment
10. Strongmercial acumen with the ability to link people decisions to business oues
11. Demonstrable expertise in reward, includingpensation frameworks, job evaluation and market benchmarking
12. Solid project management experience, leadingplex HR or organisational change initiatives
13. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
14. A practical, solutions‑focused approach with the confidence to challenge when needed
15. Up‑to‑date knowledge of employment legislation, ideally across multiple jurisdictions
16. CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
