We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to join a prestigious site in the heart of Mayfair. This is a fast‑paced, client‑facing role managing a small close‑knit team, delivering impeccable hospitality and service standards to high‑end clientele. The role requires someone who thrives under pressure, can confidently liaise with VIP guests and stakeholders, and is comfortable managing last‑minute requests while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing the day‑to‑day hospitality operation
* Leading a small team including waitstaff and kitchen brigade
* Delivering seamless, high‑end service for private clients and dinners of up to 18 guests
* Handling last‑minute requests and ensuring service excellence at all times
* Building strong relationships with high‑profile clients and internal stakeholders
* Co‑ordinating with other managers and departments during an ongoing refurbishment project
* Maintaining exceptional presentation and operational standards throughout the site
What you’ll need to succeed:
* Previous experience within a luxury hotel, private members club, or high‑end hospitality environment
* Experience managing and motivating a small hospitality team
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail
* Confidence dealing with VIPs and high‑profile guests
* Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast‑moving environment
* A proactive, hands‑on approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
