The role

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging, inclusive ICT and Computer Science lessons tailored to a range of additional needs
2. Plan and implement high-quality ICT, Literacy, and Numeracy provision
3. Model and champion outstanding teaching and learning through classroom practice
4. Deliver a stimulating, innovative curriculum that inspires creativity and academic success
5. Implement a robust assessment cycle, including target setting, progress tracking, and monitoring
6. Use pupil progress data to improve teaching, motivate learners, and inform parents and leaders
7. Support pupils to achieve outcomes that demonstrate strong personal progress
8. Support the review and implementation of teaching, learning, marking, and assessment policies
9. Identify, manage, and prioritise high-quality teaching and learning resources and budgets
10. Support literacy and numeracy interventions, including whole-school reading programmes
11. Promote emotional wellbeing and maintain a calm, safe learning environment
12. Support pupils’ personal, social, and academic development
13. Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and respect
14. Contribute to effective pupil induction, grouping, and pastoral care
15. Work collaboratively with teachers, middle leaders, senior leaders, and pastoral teams
16. Communicate effectively with parents, external agencies, and partner organisations

Who We’re Looking For

You will be someone who:

17. Can confidently deliver coding as part of the curriculum (essential)
18. Has experience delivering e-sports (desirable, but not essential)
19. Holds UK QTS or an equivalent qualification
20. Is a strong, creative classroom practitioner
21. Is motivated to work with pupils with varied and complex needs
22. Brings resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude

*You’ll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, giving you more time to do the things that make you happy. 4DWW is subject to successful completion of probation and is not a contractual benefit
