PART-TIME OPPORTUNITY – 3 DAYS A WEEKExperience within an accountancy firm?Advanced accounting know-how?Looking to become part of a respected, growth-oriented business with a friendly and cooperative team dynamic?An exciting vacancy has emerged for a detail-driven and proactive Senior Accountant to join a progressive and forward-thinking organisation that delivers end-to-end financial services to a diverse client base.Main Responsibilities:
* Drafting and evaluating financial statements compliant with FRS102(1A) and FRS105 for SME clients.
* Completing and verifying tax submissions for individuals and corporate clients, as well as managing VAT declarations.
* Regular client liaison to offer up-to-date financial guidance and strategic advice.
* Supporting and guiding junior colleagues, providing mentorship and oversight when necessary.
* Keeping abreast of changes in financial legislation and best practices.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure service excellence.
* Providing consultancy support on commercial issues for clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* ACA, ACCA, QBE or comparable qualification.
* Solid experience within a professional accountancy practice.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
* High level of accuracy and a strong commitment to excellence in work output.
