What We Need From You
No previous experience is necessary to join our friendly team—just bring your positive attitude, and our amazing training team will take care of the rest!
Driving Licence Requirements:
* Full UK or EU driving licence.
* Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months preferred).
* Maximum of 6 penalty points.
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
As some deliveries involve handling alcohol products, you must be over 18 to apply. Good communication skills are essential for this customer-facing role.

* Our friendly recruitment team will conduct an Online Licence Check and Right to Work Checks.
* You’ll be invited for a site tour, where you can meet the team and have a relaxed chat as part of a light touch interview.
* A Disclosure Barring System check (DBS) will be conducted.
* Once all checks are completed, you’ll be offered the role and your career with Ocado Logistics will begin!
Contract Details
Contract Type: Permanent
Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
Contracted Days: Work any 5 days out of 7, with further information provided during pre-boarding.
Shifts: AM & PM. Start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Shift rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance.
Pay Structure: Lunar paid—paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.
Hourly Pay Rates
Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £13.28
Evening Premium (from 6pm): £1.12
Sunday Day Premium: £1.33
Sunday Evening Premium: £2.56
Overtime Rate (Monday to Saturday): £16.60 (Day Shift), £18.00 (Evening Shift)
