Job Title Regional MarTech Specialist Job Description We're looking for a Regional MarTech Specialist to act as the vital bridge between global marketing technology strategy and regional operational needs. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing and IT, this role plays a key part in enabling, optimizing, and aligning technology solutions that empower business teams to deliver marketing excellence. As a trusted regional expert, you'll translate global MarTech strategy into actionable local execution, support the adoption of tools and processes, and ensure that marketing technologies deliver measurable value across your region. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation in a fast-paced, global environment. Location - Hybrid, 3 days per week in our Newcastle or Winnersh office. Key Responsibilities What Will I Be Doing? In this role, you'll: • Drive regional enablement of global tools and processes, ensuring they are implemented effectively while maintaining consistency with enterprise standards. • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert on MarTech tools, connecting business needs with technical solutions and supporting teams to maximize their capabilities. • Troubleshoot and triage technical issues, resolving what you can and escalating more complex challenges in partnership with IT. • Promote awareness and adoption of the wider Sage marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring teams understand how tools interconnect. • Partner with IT and global teams to identify and implement long-term fixes, configuration improvements, and optimization opportunities. • Champion innovation, exploring new technologies, automation, and AI-driven capabilities that enhance marketing performance. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, digital hubs, campaign teams, sales, and data stakeholders to align priorities and share best practices. • Document and communicate best practices, developing FAQs, process guides, and training materials to support enablement and knowledge sharing. • Ensure compliance with regional data privacy and governance standards (GDPR, CCPA, CASL), and document data flow within the MarTech stack. • Measure and communicate value, clearly articulating the business impact and ROI of MarTech initiatives to stakeholders. What We're Looking For; We're seeking a proactive, collaborative, and tech-savvy professional with proven experience in marketing technology management within a multi-region or global organization. You'll have strong technical knowledge of marketing platforms, integrations, and automation tools, along with the ability to translate marketing needs into technical requirements. You'll be an excellent communicator and trusted partner, skilled at building relationships across marketing and IT, managing stakeholders, and influencing change. A structured thinker with high attention to detail, you're confident troubleshooting complex challenges and driving adoption of new tools and practices. Experience creating training content and enablement programs is key, along with familiarity with platforms such as Eloqua, Salesforce, or LeanData. A strong understanding of data governance, privacy compliance, and localization will help you succeed in this role.
