Orion Building Engineering Services Ltd have a fantastic opportunity to add to our expanding team of experienced Commercial Gas Engineers.

The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a mix of client sites such as schools, offices and residential sites and will be familiar and have experience of commercial sized boilers and associated plant and equipment carrying out maintenance and service tasks including fault finding/diagnosis and repairs on equipment.
Duties Conduct routine planned maintenance and service requirements working under own initiative to locate and diagnose faults and concerns.
Demonstrate familiarity with all GAS requirements Test installations, in line with the current legislation requirements and record the results of such tests on electronic system.
Repair and / or replace faculty installations, such as leaks, controls etc and assess parts needed.
Conduct routine maintenance and testing on commercial systems, and ensure installations are to current regulations.
Requirements Experience as Commercial GAS Engineer At least 3 years (ideally)in a relevant role, post qualification.
ACS Commercial gas tickets, CODNCO1, COCN1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CORT1, CDGA1(Essential) Advantageous to have ACS Domestic Gas Certification.
Relevant qualifications in gas engineering (e.g.
City & Guilds, NVQ).
Conversant with Current Gas Regulations (Essential) Clean UK Driving License.
Clean DBS Record.
40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday.
08.00am 17.00pm 24 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
Increasing by 1 day per year following 3 years of service.
