About the Role
Live! is seeking a passionate individual committed to tackling inequalities, challenging disadvantage, and empowering people with disabilities. The organization collaborates with individuals and communities to foster an inclusive, cohesive future for all.
You will assist the Social Action Coordinator in networking and building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Key responsibilities include cultivating new partnerships, identifying innovative project opportunities, and engaging with the community. You will also work to reach out to diverse audiences beyond those already engaged, to broaden impact, strengthen existing links, and increase capacity and aspirations.
The ideal candidate is a people person with high energy, creativity, and empathy. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with experience in EDI, social action, education, or youth work. You will inspire, support, and enable members to take action on issues that matter to them, tailored to their abilities, needs, and understanding. Your role will primarily be that of a facilitator, with members taking the lead in various aspects of this work.
