If so, my client is look to add to their UK growing team & seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics professional to lead their UK logistics operations, drive service performance and deliver cost-efficient solutions across our sites.
Package
* Salary Negotiable depending on experience
* Monday Friday (Earlier finish on a Friday)

Key Duties
* Lead UK supply chain operations and deliver agreed KPIs
* Drive cost reduction and sourcing improvement from day one
* Optimise routes, driver performance and fleet utilisation
* Manage procurement, stock and logistics through SAP and other systems
* Oversee stock across multiple UK locations
* Negotiate with suppliers and carriers to improve service and costs
* Manage building, warehouse and transport costs
* Ensure full QHSE compliance and a safety-first culture
* Lead, develop and motivate logistics teams
* Use data, Excel, Power BI and analytics to improve performance
What we re looking for
* Proven experience in supply chain & logistics management
* Strong background in fleet, driver and logistics optimisation
* Successful record of delivering cost savings and sourcing improvements
* Skilled negotiator with supplier and carrier contracts
* Confident using SAP, Excel and supply chain systems
* Strong leadership and team-development ability
* QHSE awareness and commitment to safety
