TPF Recruitment, Kent's leading accountancy practice recruitment agency has partnered with a fantastic, fast-growing, and multi-sited firm of chartered accountants who are recruiting for an Assistant Accounts Manager to join their team in Chatham. Accounts Assistant Manager Duties:
* Managing a portfolio of clients - sole traders, partnerships, and Ltd companies.
* Preparation and review of statutory year-end accounts, management accounts, corporate and personal tax returns.
* Support the managers and partners with the growth and development of the accounts department.
* Support junior staff with their work and career development.
Requirements
* Be ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
* Have strong knowledge of accounting for SMEs including corporate tax, VAT, and PAYE.
* Aptitude for delivering excellent customer service.
* Approachable, with an ability to build strong working relationships.
* Good verbal and written communication skills as they would be dealing directly with clients.

* £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
