Responsibilities for the Mandarin Speaking Team Assistant role include: · Being responsible for the running of your own case load. · Contributing to Anti-money laundering, K17 and stamp duty processes and requirements. · Liaising with lenders with regard to mortgage offers. · Ordering searches and reporting to clients, lenders and Help to Buy on all aspects of the transaction. · Communicating with the Seller’s solicitors and Developers.
