Job Title IGT-D Business Manager Job Description IGT–D Business Manager The Business Manager will lead the devices portfolio across Coronary, Peripheral Vascular and Cardiac Solutions Segments. In this role you will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. You will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of our IGT (Image Guided Therapy) Devices division. You will oversee product development, marketing strategies, sales operations, and customer relationships to ensure our products meet market demands and maintain a competitive edge. Your role: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement business strategies to optimize the performance and growth of the IGT Devices business. Identify new market opportunities and define product roadmaps in line with industry trends and customer needs. Product Management: Collaborate with R&D teams to guide the development of innovative IGT devices that enhance clinical outcomes and patient care. Oversee product lifecycle management, including launches, updates, and discontinuations. Sales & Marketing: Work closely with sales teams to devise effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention. Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand visibility and product adoption. Analyze market data to forecast sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and industry partners. Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and innovation. Financial Management: Prepare budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring division performance against set targets. Implement cost-effective operational practices to enhance profitability. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Ensure alignment of team goals with overall business objectives. You’re right for this role if you have the following: Proven experience in business management roles, particularly within the medical device or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of IGT technology, products, and market dynamics. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, product management, and financial oversight. Analytical skills, and project management expertise Negotiation skills for managing partnerships and customer contracts Strong agility to thrive in a dynamic industry Relevant educational background Willingness to travel as required.
