Your Mission UiPath is looking for a talented and experienced Field or Account Based Marketer to be a member of the expanding EMEA Account Based Marketing team. You will be responsible for building and executing industry specific one-to-few marketing campaigns and programs including messaging/content, display/social advertising, email, direct mail, live and virtual events. This role requires experience in marketing strategies, tactics, and technologies that attract, engage, convert new logos, and expand accounts. This is an exciting and highly visible program. You'll need to be comfortable with all channels, as well as reporting on key metrics and program updates to Sales and Marketing leadership. What you'll do at UiPath Leverage ABM intent tools (6Sense) and sales insight to build out an account target list. Build a 1:Few vertical strategy, including digital, landing pages, events and email marketing. Test and refine marketing tactics to continuously improve results. Refine industry and global messaging to land in EMEA or, where appropriate, work with messaging agencies to create new content. Collaborate with and provide program updates to global and regional marketing leaders. You'll understand the regional nuances of EMEA's territory. Collaborate with industry GTM leaders to include UiPath industry perspectives in all marketing campaigns. Share account insights from ABM tools with account teams and lead account-specific activities, where appropriate. Provide consistent communications and reporting across all parties on status, learnings and gaps What you'll bring to the team 8 years of Field, ABM, and/or campaign/program marketing experience in B2B, and IT/Tech space. Experienced in creating, executing, measuring, optimizing, and reporting of integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline growth using modern marketing tools and channels including list building and targeting, personalized websites, and landing pages, account-based display and social ads, content syndication, direct mail, etc. Knowledge of marketing automation (Marketo preferred) and ABM tools (6Sense, SFDC, Folloze preferred). Ability to effectively manage projects, timelines, and resources, including vendors and budget. Possess effective communication and presentation skills, be highly organized, demonstrate consistent success, and have a bias for action.
