This collaboration is a landmark moment, with our very first Geely dealership opening soon in Glasgow.

As a Sales Advisor at our brand-new Geely site, you’ll be part of an exciting launch and join a forward-thinking automotive brand. We’re committed to investing in your future, offering an industry‑leading remuneration package and an exceptional range of benefits. This role comes with a competitive basic salary of £28,000, plus an on‑target earnings of £34,000, with the ability to earn well above this level – and no previous experience is required!

We provide full training and a comprehensive onboarding programme to help you succeed and maximise your earnings from day one. After 6 months you can transfer to be a Sales Executive (should you wish to), taking your on‑target earnings to £45,000+ plus a Company Car.

In addition to delivering great earnings potential, we will also deliver you true work‑life balance. You will work a 40‑hour work week (five 8‑hour shifts per week), and will be on most Saturdays (our busiest sales day), and have a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays so you can sit back and relax on this day every week without fail.

We will be holding an Assessment Centre on Thursday the 26th of March at 2pm, details will be provided after a successful screening call.

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll support customers through their entire car‑buying journey, whether you’re arranging test drives, helping customers select the right finance, or guiding them through accessories, you’ll ensure every customer has a fantastic experience. Our team engages with customers online, in‑store, on the phone or by video, nationally as well as locally, therefore strong communication skills and confidence using technology are essential.

All we need from you is a full driving licence (manual and automatic) and an ability to demonstrate that you can provide great customer service. If you have worked within retail, hospitality, or any customer service or sales‑led field we want to hear from you!
