The Opportunity
We seek an AI Talent Acquisition expert to establish world-class AI capabilities at GUS Group level and across our institutions. The ideal candidate will have an active network of AI professionals worldwide, whether from an agency or in-house TA role, and will be able to tap into these networks immediately.
Your responsibilities include:
* Recruiting for executive, technical, operational, and product-focused AI roles.
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape talent strategies and attraction methods.
* Utilizing data and market insights to inform decisions.
You will be a trusted advisor to the C-suite, demonstrating agility and resilience in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment of AI roles across all levels.
* Leverage global AI talent pools and networks.
* Partner with leadership to define role scopes and hiring strategies.
* Conduct direct sourcing campaigns to attract top AI talent.
* Present recruitment metrics and market insights to stakeholders.
* Create compelling EVP and candidate materials.
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience to position GUS as an employer of choice for AI talent.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience recruiting in AI and tech markets, from agency or in-house roles.
* Active global AI talent networks.
* Experience across a range of AI roles, from executive to technical.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with C-suite.
* Agile, commercial approach to talent acquisition.
* Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics effectively.
* Passion for employer branding and candidate experience.
