Salary: £24,518.28 - £25,395.00 depending on experience up to £26,073.94 depending on qualification
Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday

Our Head Office
At our Head Office, we support our children’s homes and schools and help them to run effectively, with staff in HR (including Recruitment, IT, Communication & Engagement, Health & Safety) Finance, Maintenance and Referrals. There’s around 30 members of staff at head office all specialising within their particular field.
The Role
As a member of the HR team, you will have exposure to the full employee lifecycle, providing effective support with a high level of accuracy. You will be working with our homes to ensure any new staff members who join Hexagon are appropriately vetted in line with safer recruitment guidelines (Including DBS processing and reference chasing) in addition to absence reporting of existing staff and updating our systems to reflect this.
Experience of working in HR is advantageous but not essential, we are mainly looking for someone who has a background of administration/processing with experience using systems to input and report data. You will have good communication and relationship building skills, delivering first class customer service both internally and externally.
You will be provided with full training on how to use our systems, and we will support and develop your skills and knowledge to advise our homes on HR policies and procedures. What you’ll need to be a successful HR and Recruitment Administrator:
- Excellent telephone, verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational, prioritisation & planning skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
- Strong customer service mind-set
- IT literate with a proficient working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
