Document Control Manager
Location: London/Remote
6 Month FTC
We’re looking for an experienced Document Control Manager to lead document management across major construction projects. You’ll manage systems using SharePoint, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and act as the central point of contact for document exchange between clients, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain document control systems and version control.
* Ensure compliance with quality and security standards.
* Coordinate document workflows and approvals.
* Support project teams with reporting, tender documentation, and handover packages.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in construction document control (data centre experience a plus).
* Strong SharePoint and EDMS knowledge.
* Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 19650, ISO 27001.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
