Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative tasks, with excellent computer skills and a professional phone etiquette. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting various customers needs.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and productive atmosphere
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
* Maintain organised filing systems both electronically and physically
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking
* Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Support team members with clerical duties as needed, fostering collaboration within the office
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, demonstrating familiarity with administrative processes
* Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
* Experience with Mandator is highly desirable but not mandatory
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation
* Demonstrated phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
* Prior clerical experience will be an advantage
