We’re now looking for a Senior Strategy & Insights Manager – Operations to join our growing Operations Leadership Team. This is a senior and visible role, partnering closely with our Chief of Staff and senior operational leaders to shape and deliver the logistics strategy across a 16,000-strong colleague network.
You’ll lead the development and deployment of our operations strategy, ensuring it’s aligned with business objectives and designed to drive performance across a fast-paced, complex logistics network. You’ll manage key governance processes, performance reporting, and provide data-driven insights that enable informed decisions at the highest level.

What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and shaping our Operations Strategy, ensuring it aligns with business priorities and delivers measurable outcomes.
* Acting as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders, supporting decision-making through robust insights and reporting.
* Managing performance governance processes, delivering high-quality reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
* Collaborating with analytics, planning, and finance teams to translate complex data into actionable insight.
* Supporting the continuous improvement of operational performance through clear metrics and cross-functional alignment.

* You have a track record of turning insight into action — delivering clear, data-led recommendations that influence senior stakeholders.
* You’re confident writing and presenting compelling reports that tell the story behind the numbers.
* You have excellent attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
* You’re commercially minded, collaborative, and driven by impact.
* Experience in logistics, operations, or e-commerce environments is advantageous but not essential — we hire on potential and mindset as much as experience.
