About the Role You'll play a key part in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and your creativity, energy, and compassion will shine. What You'll Be Doing Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities
Building warm, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Assisting with planning and delivering engaging activities aligned with the EYFS
Ensuring the nursery environment is safe, clean, and welcoming
Observing and recording children's progress
Contributing to a friendly, collaborative team culture
What We're Looking For Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
A genuine passion for early years education
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, proactive attitude
Understanding of safeguarding and child development
