As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our dynamic team.
👤 The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
* Drafting wills and powers of attorney
* Advising on inheritance tax and estate planning
* Administering estates and trusts
* Handling Court of Protection applications
* Supporting high-net-worth individuals and vulnerable clients with sensitivity and discretion
You’ll work closely with colleagues across departments, contribute to business development, and uphold the highest standards of compliance and client care.
🎯 About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* A qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in private client law
* Technically proficient in wills, probate, trusts, and tax planning
* A confident communicator with a client-first mindset
* Experienced in managing complex estates and high-value matters
* Committed to professional development and collaborative working
STEP-qualified or working towards STEP accreditation is highly desirable.
