Mechanical Engineer- Bradford- £35-40k- 4 Day working week

My client aren't huge but their engineers don't leave!
Why? The work's interesting and they take care of their staff...what a concept?!
The people that fit in well still have that curiosity that you probably had when you first pulled a bike apart, made your first mechanism work etc There's even one guy earning royalties from a product he designed here!
They've got products in some really exciting, cutting edge aerospace and automotive projects so you're not working on boring applications day in day out.
You'll never have 2 days the same. You'll be doing a combination of CAD and ensuring the floor is running smoothly which can be a myriad of things!
Got some good ideas to share? Perfect! You'll be embraced with a smile and open arms and credited accordingly.
Oh and it's a 4 day working week!
