Duties:
* Input Data of Concrete Testing Results into excel spreadsheets
* Answer telephone & email enquiries
* Managing office equipment
* Booking meetings and events
* Arranging travel
* Distributing mail
* Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members
Requirements:
* 1 - 2 years previous administration experience
* Strong proven knowledge in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook...)
* Strong skill in using computer equiptment (Windows)
* Able to work in a team environment
* Ability to handle confidential information/documents
Working Hours:
* Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (In an office environment)
Rate:
* £14.00 p/h (9.5 Hours with 30 minute unpaid lunch break)
