Customer Service Administrator

The Role:
1. As the Customer Service Administrator you will be based at the UK Head Office near Stratford-upon-Avon (no hybrid working), with an early finish on a Friday.
2. The Customer Service Administrator will be communicating with hospitals across the UK, both NHS and private sector.
3. You will also speak directly to patients who have certainly enquiries, signposting them as required.
