Job tile : Mobilisation and Project Manager Work Pattern : 40hrs per week / Monday to Friday with occasional weekends Contract : Permanent Salary : Competitive, with car allowance, flexible benefits funds Independents by Sodexo is growing and we’re looking for a Mobilisation & Project Manager. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead mobilisations and projects for new sites and services, guiding everything from precontract planning through go-live and into a stable, high-performing operation. You’ll work closely with Account Directors, Account Managers, HR and subject-matter experts across Sodexo, making sure our promises become reality on time, on budget and to the standard our clients expect. You’ll be right at the heart of change: supporting site teams, building trusted relationships with our teams and clients and rolling out service improvements and initiatives across the portfolio. The focus is on soft services predominately catering and cleaning and you’ll be comfortable spending time on site and travelling frequently across the UK. What you'll do: Support the account directors to deliver and measure an annual operational project activity plan for all Sodexo schools Deployment of the above plan on time and within budget Reviewing the performance of all offers and activity and checking compliance Liaison with key stakeholders in developing and validating offers Work closely with the sales team to ensure all aspects of contract mobilisation are successfully delivered and within budget To support in pre-contract sales visits and presentations Identifying opportunities at school specific locations and the wider brand to drive innovation and product exposure Undertake regular site visits to review performance and engage with clients Campaign development with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a consistent and creative theme On-going liaison with the Food Platform and segment culinary team to understand what centrally generated offers and similar activity will be available What you bring: Proven experience in managing large mobilisations and change management programmes preferably in an education environment Proven operational knowledge, skills and experience in managing multi-site/multi service operations Management of large and diverse teams Manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities Ability to interpret and utilise complex and varied financial and commercial information Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients and employees at all levels A proven ability to set one’s own standards and operate to performance criteria Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment Flexible, agile, strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
