Job Responsibilities Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to pupils with special educational needs, both inside and outside the classroom. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised learning strategies. Encourage pupil independence, confidence, and engagement in all aspects of school life. Assist in planning and delivering creative, play-based, and differentiated learning activities. Collaborate with other SEN Teaching Assistants and teaching staff to uphold the school's inclusive ethos and high standards of care. Qualifications / Experience Previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant within a primary school (desirable). Enhanced DBS Certificate registered with the Update Service. Right to work in the UK. A positive, flexible, and compassionate approach to supporting children with a range of needs.
