Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Glenrothes. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and expanding the customer base. They will also be tasked with developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. Effective communication and collaboration with the technical team to understand and fulfill client requirements are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
* Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to analyze sales data and work with the existing CRM tools
* Familiarity with electronic manufacturing and assembly processes is a plus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in field sales or a similar role is advantageous
