You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your way.What you'll do:Supervise Picking and Packing Service Assistants, ensuring effective delegation, performance, and staff support.Oversee ward food service delivery, ensuring compliance with procedures, hygiene standards, and patient safety.Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards through audits, cleaning schedules, and corrective actions.Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, COSHH, and quality control regulations.Monitor food regeneration processes, including temperature checks and equipment cleanliness.Manage stock control, ordering, and receipt of supplies in line with menu cycles and budget limits.Train, brief, and support staff, including emergency procedures, and attend relevant meetings.Act as a working supervisor, carrying out picking and packing duties while reporting faults, incidents, and repairs.What you bring:Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership roleA professional attitude, with integrity and a strong sense of responsibilityA positive, approachable manner with excellent communication across teamsStrong IT and administrative skillsA proactive mindset and willingness to grow and learnWhat we offer:Working at Sodexo isn't just a job — it's a chance to make a difference every day.
