Primary Objective
To lead the content strategy across 12 defined member journeys, ensuring content is relevant, structured, and performance-optimised across digital platforms. The role will drive strategic development of a new digital experience platform (DXP) suite and support the evolution of legacy member portals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead content strategy across all 12 member journeys
* Define and maintain content frameworks and governance
* Collaborate with comms, marketing, and digital teams to align messaging and delivery
* Own and manage the product roadmap and backlogs
* Oversee CMS development and integration with marketing automation tools
* Support transition from legacy portals to new DXP suite (Website, Portal, DAM, Automation)
* Analyse journey performance and optimise content delivery
* Ensure content supports member engagement, retention, and satisfaction
* Mentor junior product owners and support their development
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in content-led product management within a membership organisation
* Strong background in Web Production/Webmaster roles
* Deep understanding of CMS platforms, DXP, and marketing automation
* Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability
* Analytical and performance-driven
* Comfortable managing multiple journeys and prioritising effectively
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
