Job Overview Teamwork Partnership is currently recruiting on behalf of their client an Operations Solutions Executive, youll work alongside the Operations Solutions Managers to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of operational processes and systems across our fulfilment network. This role is vital to maintaining the high standards we set for our service. Youll help ensure operational issues are surfaced and addressed early, that process changes are understood and adopted, and that we have a clear picture of whats working (and what isnt). Youll play an important part in implementing solutions that reduce errors, save time, and improve outcomes for our teams and our partners Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate data entry across various platforms and databases. Analyse operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and communication skills. The Operations Solutions team empowers the wider business to operate efficiently and scale with confidence. By driving smarter systems, streamlined processes, and well-structured Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Support multilingual communication efforts, particularly with Spanish-speaking clients or stakeholders. Maintain organised records and documentation to facilitate smooth operations. Experience Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Strong proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Familiarity with data entry processes and analytical skills to interpret operational data effectively. Previous experience in upselling or customer service roles is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and organised. Assist the Operations Solutions Manager in identifying, planning, and implementing operational improvements Track the impact of improvements using data and feedback from frontline teams Lead walkthroughs and gather feedback to uncover process or system pain points Support the rollout of changes, ensuring clear communication and strong team adoption Help develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and operational support tools If you are passionate about operations management and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
