2. Degree educated
3. IT systems – Outlook, MS Word essential, Excel
4. IFA Office procedures and compliance
5. Financial products
6. Pension and Investment knowledge
7. Letter writing
8. Financial Product Research
9. Excellent customer handling
10. Able to multi-task and set own priorities to meet conflicting deadlines
11. Experience of a fee based environment
