* Market positioning, brand visibility, and long‑term commercial strategy in the UK and wider European markets.
What You Bring
* A background in engineering, ideally within:
o Automation
o Intralogistics / warehouse automation
o Robotics
o Materials handling or conveyor systems
o Systems integration or engineered project solutions
* Proven experience in a senior leadership role (MD, GM, COO, or similar) within a technical or project‑driven environment.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of scaling revenue, improving margins, and building high‑performing teams.
* Deep understanding of engineered solutions, project lifecycles, and customer‑centric delivery models.
* Ability to represent the business at board level and act as a trusted partner to major clients.
* A leadership style that blends strategic clarity with hands‑on operational discipline.
