About The Role As a Multi Skilled Operative, you’ll be part of our Homes and Maintenance team, delivering high quality repairs and maintenance to our customers’ homes. You’ll work across a range of trade disciplines, ensuring repairs are completed safely, professionally and to a high standard. You’ll be a visible representative of SettleParadigm, working closely with Customer Services, Property, Service Control and the Customer Hub to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver responsive repairs, void works and planned maintenance across a range of trade disciplines Demonstrate strong competency in plumbing Carry out plastering, tiling and flooring works to a high standard Complete bathroom and kitchen refits in both occupied and unoccupied homes Follow all health and safety policies, procedures and codes of practice Ensure PPE is worn and used appropriately at all times Accurately estimate materials required and manage stock responsibly Complete all paperwork and job information in the prescribed manner Conduct weekly vehicle checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness Report vehicle defects promptly Work collaboratively as part of a multi-functional team What We’re Looking For Must haves: A recognised building or trade qualification in Plumbing.
