Base pay range
We are looking for an advanced chemist to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve each model.

In this role, you need an expert understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Related fields include, but are not limited to: Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist.

Responsibilities
* Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
* Assess the quality of AI models for correctness and performance.
Qualifications
* A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required.
* Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
* Detail-oriented.
* Proficient in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
