ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to support our Ecommerce Manager across key growth channels. This role will manage and optimise our Shopify store, CRM activity, affiliate partnerships, and paid media campaigns. You will also contribute to on-site content and SEO initiatives to deliver a seamless, high-performing online experience for customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the day-to-day management of our Shopify store, ensuring products, promotions, and content are accurate and optimised.
* Assist in CRM campaign planning and execution, including segmentation, email workflows, and reporting on performance.
* Work with the Senior Ecommerce Manager to support performance marketing activity across Meta, Google Ads, and Affiliate channels.
* Help maintain and update on-site content, supporting brand campaigns, merchandising, and SEO best practices.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/agencies to deliver campaigns on time and to budget.
* Track, measure, and report on key ecommerce and marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
ABOUT YOU
You are commercially minded, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. You have a solid foundation in digital marketing and online retail, and you are eager to build on your expertise across multiple growth channels. You are highly organised, comfortable with data, and have a genuine interest in ecommerce and performance marketing.
ESSENTIALS
* 2+ years of experience in an ecommerce or digital marketing role, ideally within a consumer brand or agency environment.
* Hands-on experience with Shopify (essential).
* Strong understanding of CRM platforms and email marketing best practices.
* Working knowledge of performance marketing channels including Meta, Google, and Affiliates.
* Familiarity with on-site content management and SEO principles.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
* A proactive, can-do mindset and a willingness to learn.
