Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Hybrid available after training period)
Contract:
Until September 2025 with likely extension
Pay:
£15.33 per hour
Job Summary:
The Recruitment and Selection (R&S) Team Leader will lead a team dedicated to Recruitment & Selection within specific areas of Health and Social Care (HSC) recruitment, in a busy and fast-paced service centre. The role involves ensuring the delivery of an efficient and effective Recruitment & Selection service to HSC organizations, in accordance with SLAs and KPIs. The postholder will coordinate with direct reports and other Team Leaders to implement policies and procedures set by the Service Delivery Manager and will provide advice and support across Human Resource services such as recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning.
Criteria:
1. A relevant university degree or professional qualification AND 1 year's experience in a recruitment environment within a large multidisciplinary organization.
2. OR
3. 3 years’ experience in a recruitment environment within a large multidisciplinary organization.
4. Experience managing/leading a team to achieve results in a target-driven environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent.
