Trainee Technical Clerk

Job Description
Provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operations within the technical and engineering department.
Tasks & Responsibilities for the Technical Clerk:
1. Acquire anomalies data from the Plant Condition Management System (PCMS) and update the Mechanical and Civil Anomalies Registers
2. Raise requests in SAP for repairs/maintenance/further inspections
3. Create change requests in SAP for planned maintenance activities (dates/frequencies/addition/removal)
4. Monitoring the Master Vessel Register to track and highlight overdue inspections to the Inspections Team Lead
