Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse/Nurse Manager
About the Role
The Clinical Lead is a pivotal position within our healthcare organization, responsible for delivering high-quality care to service users across various regions. As a seasoned Registered Nurse (Paediatrics) or Midwife, you will oversee the implementation and management of complex care packages, ensuring seamless delivery of person-centered care.
* Conduct thorough assessments of new clients and lead team meetings as required, promoting effective collaboration and communication among multidisciplinary teams.
* Perform medication and clinical audits to ensure compliance with best practices and company policies, fostering a culture of excellence and quality.
* Provide expert clinical supervision and competency sign-off for Registered Nurses, empowering them to deliver exceptional care.
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate clinical care, ensuring comprehensive support for service users.
* Offer standard and emergency support to regional care functions, responding promptly to emerging needs.
* A registered nurse (paediatrics) / midwife with valid NMC registration
* Experience in complex care (tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal injury, brain injury)
* Community experience working in paediatrics and adults
