Hygiene Supervisor – Food Manufacturing Site – Immediate Start

We are urgently recruiting experienced Hygiene Supervisors for AM and PM shift to support hygiene operations within our food manufacturing site. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance across the production environment, consistent with both company and customer expectations.

Your role is central to maintaining site quality and safety standards, supervising hygiene teams, and ensuring all cleaning activities are completed to the required standard.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

• AM Shift: 6AM–2PM

• PM Shift: 2PM–10PM

Pay Rates

• Standard rate: £16.38 per hour

• Overtime (Mon–Sat): £20.48 per hour

• Sunday overtime: £24.57 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Shift leadership - Supervise hygiene operatives and ensure the team structure is fit for purpose.
• Health & Safety compliance - Maintain safe working practices in line with HSWA and COSHH regulations.
• Chemical management - Oversee safe handling, storage, and titration checks of cleaning chemicals.
