Location & Work Policy
Based in Wolverhampton or Chatham, with a hybrid work policy of three days in the office and two days remote.
Responsibilities
* Design, deliver, and implement bespoke learning journeys to foster a leadership culture.
* Drive internal talent progression, especially for diverse groups and future leaders.
* Enable an environment of coaching, feedback, and support from line managers.
* Define and communicate learning pathways to enhance managerial capabilities.
* Collaborate with SMEs, business functions, and the People Transformation team to identify capability gaps.
* Design learning journeys with a systems thinking approach, considering all touchpoints in the employee experience.
* Maintain a learning backlog and curate blended learning pathways.
* Lead the Talent & Leadership Learning team and cross-functional squads using agile practices.
