Support Worker
Location: Blackwood
Pay Rate: £–£ per hour
Are you a compassionate, reliable Support Worker looking for flexible agency work with a trusted care and support provider? We’re recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our team, supporting adults with a variety of care needs in Blackwood.
Key Responsibilities
5. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks, using a person-centred approach to ensure their needs are met
6. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
7. Help clients maintain their independence and well-being by supporting them in community activities and appointments
8. Support individuals who may display challenging behaviour, responding calmly and effectively to ensure a safe and positive environment
9. Support clients in achieving their goals and aspirations, promoting a sense of purpose and fulfilment
What We’re Looking For
10. Minimum 6 months UK-based care/support experience
11. A caring, patient and professional attitude
12. Reliability and excellent communication skills
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
14. Flexibility to work various shifts
