Job Duties:
* Letting and sales of commercial properties
* Lease renewal and rent review negotiations
* Red Book valuations of residential and commercial properties
* Development appraisals
* Asset management advice
Job Requirements:
* Ideally MRICS qualified with 3 to 5 years post-qualification experience
* Experience across commercial and residential property
* Numerate and technically competent
* Excellent IT, problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Full, clean driving licence
