Job Role: Senior Sales Executive / Senior Business Development Manager

Salary: £80,000-£85,000 OTE £120,000-£140,000 (uncapped)
A market-leading SaaS provider of digital investigation technology used by law enforcement and public sector organisations across the UK and internationally is looking to hire a Sales Executive. Following strong ARR growth and the launch of a new SaaS product line, the business is investing in its commercial team to drive new customer acquisition and expansion across the policing and public sector market.

Candidate Profile:
* 6+ years’ experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales
* Strong track record of winning new logos
* Comfortable selling into government, law enforcement or regulated industries
* Strong ability to run structured discovery and value-based selling
* Comfortable owning the entire sales cycle
* Confident presenting and demonstrating technology solutions
* Candidates with existing relationships across law enforcement or policing environments would be highly advantageous but not essential
Responsibilities
* Drive new business revenue by selling software and solutions into law enforcement and public sector organisations
* Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to negotiation and close
* Identify and generate new opportunities
* Run discovery meetings and product demonstrations
* Guide prospects through pilot programmes and evaluations
* Work closely with technical and customer success teams during implementation and evaluation stages
* Develop account plans to identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell within existing customers
* Build relationships with key stakeholders across police forces and public sector bodies
