Special Needs Teaching Assistant (Level 2) – Full Time, Permanent Wellingborough Salary: NJC Grade E Point 4 – £24,404 FTE (£17,272 actual pro rata) Start Date: September 2025 The Role Vision for Education is looking to recruit a compassionate and experienced Special Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant Level 2 to support pupils with additional learning needs across Northamptonshire. You will deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions, assist with routines and behaviour management, support learning under teacher supervision, and promote an inclusive classroom ethos in line with primary curriculum expectations. Requirements Only candidates with the required qualification and UK school experience will be considered.
