Job Description:
We are a Federation of two Outstanding schools for pupils with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties, some with associated autism. Manor Mead is our Primary School for 4-11 year olds in Shepperton with a satellite provision in Virginia Water; our Secondary School is Walton Leigh, for 11-19 year olds. Both schools have been graded as Outstanding on our last three Ofsted inspections.
We require energetic and enthusiastic individuals to support the educational and care needs of our students at the Virginia Water site, Christchurch Road, GU25 4PX. The role is suitable for those with school experience, graduates, school leavers, or those seeking a career change. Full training will be provided, including techniques such as zones of regulation and Intensive Interaction.
Contract: 30 hours, 20 minutes per week during term time; initially a 1-year Fixed Term Contract.
