We are now seeking a motivated and experienced Lettings Assistant to join our busy Swinley office.
Role Overview
As a Lettings Assistant, you will support the lettings team in the day-to-day management of our property portfolio. This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational and customer service skills, with opportunities to develop your career within the property sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling enquiries from landlords and tenants, both in person and over the phone
* Booking and conducting property viewings
* Processing applications, including reference checks and right-to-rent checks
* Liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants to coordinate maintenance and repairs
* Maintaining accurate records on our letting's software
* Providing general administrative support as required
* Arranging Annual Gas safety inspections
* Arranging EICR inspections
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum Two years' experience in lettings is required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
* Confident IT skills (Microsoft Office and property software such as expert agent, I am Property would be beneficial)
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred)
* A positive, proactive, and professional approach
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £17,100.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
