Sales Support Lead - Retail Supervisor

This role is a Full time 40 hour weekly contract permanent position based in York, North Yorkshire. You will need to be able to travel to this location.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive excellent customer service and networking initiatives
2. Lead and develop store sales teams through inspirational leadership
3. Manage daily store operations and support business planning
4. Analyze sales performance metrics and inventory management
5. Ensure brand standards and visual merchandising excellence
Business Client Development
6. Support the Sales Support team in absence of manager(s) to optimise the product offer for customers
7. Support the customer support model store guidelines to ensure excellent standards
8. Maximise the potential of all product categories through RFID optimisation
Leadership & Engagement Support
9. Support the manager(s) creating an inclusive working environment with a customer-first culture
10. Support the manager(s) mentoring and coaching members of the team in operational efficiencies
11. Support the team using operational metrics in absence of manager(s) to deliver sales and profit results
Operations
12. Ensure we meet store target by leading the delivery and replenishment processes, by reviewing live inventory and by completing stock level callouts
13. Optimise Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiencies
14. Coach teams on standard operating procedures and Customer Support Area procedures to ensure compliance with Ralph Lauren policies and standards
